An exciting course - the second in a two-part series on Negotiations designed to help you close deals and get paid! This class takes the skills learned in the Negotiation Basics course and applies them to your everyday business.
In Real Estate there are many negotiations that involve the agent throughout the listing process: from taking, marketing and selling the listing, to working with buyers.
The class includes factors that affect the negotiation process, how to overcome difficult situations, and how to work with difficult people. During the last part of the course you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills in mock negotiation exercises.
