Serving the needs of Asian, African American, Hispanic, and other homebuyers and sellers, First American’s Strategic Markets department offers educational materials & services for the multicultural consumer. These materials, written in culture-specific languages, provide information about the real estate transaction and, specifically, the title and settlement process. In addition, we offer educational tools and seminars to real estate practitioners to assist in best serving these diverse markets needs. Most importantly, we train and educate our own employees on the provision of quality service to the multicultural consumer by teaching practical applications of cultural nuances in real estate transactions.
