A Bay Area native, Francesca set off to Nevada, Missouri for her first two years of college where she completed her AA in Liberal Arts. She then completed her BA in Malibu at Pepperdine University. While in school, Francesca was among the first of the Gates Millennium Scholars and studied in London, Buenos Aries and Johannesburg.
Francesca returned to the Bay Area after college, and began her career in real estate as an Assistant Manager for a complex with 165 rental units. There she quickly mastered the art of leasing paperwork and customer service. It wasn’t long before she jumped at an opportunity to work for a small office in the Oakland Hills, where she transitioned from rental to residential real estate. Her love and understanding of the Residential Purchase Contract, compliance and creative solutions lead to greater opportunities and she quickly advanced within a rapidly growing office.
By undergoing specialized customer-service training, Francesca shifted her whole approach and perspective on the real estate business, and eventually ended up assisting over 175 agents in three different counties with every facet of their business for eight years. Now, she’s ready to utilize her unique skill set by joining the staff of the Marin Association of REALTORS® as the Vice President of Operations.
“I’m extremely excited to join the team at the Marin Association of Realtors and to return to Marin. I’m absolutely delighted to put my years of experience with REALTORS® to work for MAR’s members.”
