ALL BOARD MEETINGS ARE VIRTUAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Board of Directors' meetings are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month and may be scheduled to
avoid holidays or CAR meetings. Board meetings convene promptly at 9:30am and although we may adjourn early
on occasion, Board members should plan to stay until 12:00pm so that we can complete all of the business
on the agenda. A Board quorum is 1/2 + 1 = 9. Open forums are at 9:45am and members should contact
