During the week of June 24th, 2019, C.A.R. will release one of the most significant standard forms updates in years. This update consists of 16 updated forms and three (3) new forms. Many of these updated forms will supersede the current versions in circulation; we recommended that you familiarize yourself with the new forms to best serve your business and your clients. Because some of these forms are major updates, please advise your clients about the updated forms.
As the new forms are released, MAR will be updating this page with simple, easy-to-follow guidance about how to use the new forms and differences from the old forms. Additionally, MAR will roll out live sessions covering the new forms and online resources to help you familiarize yourself with the new forms.
These forms will only be available through zipForms® Plus. MAR will have printed copies available for use at the MAR Offices and will make printed copies available to member brokerages as soon as we can once the forms are released.
