How To Pay Your Dues With The New Online Portal

The Marin Association of REALTORS® has rolled out a new online membership management portal to help make the dues payment process faster and more efficient. You can also self-service other membership changes and updates through the portal, which we recommend you explore at some point. 

The dues payment process is straightforward and user-friendly. A short tutorial on how to use the system is below:

How to Pay Your Dues Online With the Marin REALTORS® Payment Portal:

  • Visit our website:  Www.MarinCountyRealtors.com
  • Click on the “Member Login” up at the top right. 
  • This will ask for to log in with your NRDS number, which looks like 1775XXXXX.
    • If you haven’t changed your password, it is likely set at the default of 1234. We recommend changing your password if you have not done so already

  • Once you’ve logged in, click the Green “Pay Now” button. 
    • You’ll see a line with an invoice and a check box that says “pay now“. 
    • Check the “Pay Now” box and hit the blue “Choose Payment Options Button” – you may have to scroll down in your browser.
    Please note that you may need to disable the pop-up blocker in your Browser.  This is particularly common on Apple Devices.
  • On the next screen, you will see your local Marin REALTOR® dues total. Voluntary contributions are automatically included in your invoice. However, keep in mind that voluntary contributions are not mandatory. You have the ability to modify this by doing the following:
    • Make sure the "Pay Now" box is checked
      • Select "Choose Payment Options"
    • On the next screen you will have the ability to modify each contribution
    • One Tam is an innovative partnership dedicated to the long-term stewardship of Mt. Tam. Together with our five partners and the local community, we restore and protect the health of the mountain and teach and inspire the next generation entrusted with its care.
    • CAR HAF - HAF is a charitable nonprofit organization whose purpose is to address the statewide housing crisis. It receives contributions from REALTORS® and other individuals as well as businesses and other organizations and distributes funds through local associations of REALTORS® toward programs that increase home ownership and the supply of housing across the state. HAF is exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the IRS Code. Contributions to HAF from both individuals and businesses are charitable and tax-deductible to the extent allowed under both federal and state law.
    • RAF is the REALTOR Action Fund, Raises money to help promote the values, attitudes and beliefs of organized real estate. Every dollar is used to protect and advance REALTORS interest in Government.  This Video explains what RAF does.
    • After modifying your invoice you'll need to click on the blue "credit card button."
  • On the next screen you will have the ability to enter your credit card information. This information is encrypted. Click submit on the “I authorize this payment”.
    • Please note that while you can save your credit card information, we do not offer Auto Payments.
  • On the next screen you will see your confirmation and invoice.  We encourage you to save this for tax purposes.  You will also receive a confirmation in your email.

For your convenience and for the health and safety of our staff, members are strongly encouraged to pay your dues via credit card.

Dues paid by credit card are processed the same day, and using a credit card keeps our staff safe by eliminating physical contact with mail. The Marin REALTORS® do not charge any processing fees for using a credit card.
